unauhorised transaction on my card

Complain Detail:-> This is regarding an unauthorized transaction on my CITIBANK card for an amount of 99 USD on Amazon.com towards membership charges dated 11-04-2018. This has not been done by me and no OTP towards the transaction was received from bank and I have not shared any information regarding card to anyone. it had reported this to customer care immediately and card was blocked. i have received a message from your bank stating that - "We would like to confirm that the transaction disputed by you on your Citi credit card has not yet been billed to your account. We will track this, and take appropriate action once it is submitted. Thank you for your kind patience and cooperation." My account is already reflecting the transaction. I am still wondering that how can someone do an transaction for 99 USD when I am not able to execute a transaction for 100 rupees without an OTP. Requested further process to do the needful...
