Fraud of delivering wrong used product.
Complain Detail:-> We had placed the order of adidas terrex cc jawping shoes through Tata Cliq app on mobile, for which payment was done through debit card. The order no. was 108657385 which was delivered to us by Xpressbees on 31st July 2020. The parcel which we received contained some soiled street shoes that was used by some mention (not the shoes we ordered). Hence we had to put the request of return because of wrong product delivery (which is their mandatory option). So their pick up person from Xpressbees came to pick up the parcel on 1st August 2020, and took the parcel. After few hours we received a SMS from Xpresbees saying that order could not be picked up. On enquiring, the Xpressbees person said that due to used product in the parcel they cannot take it and will consult with his senior about the same. So we had no option but wait. Then today on 2nd August 2020, we received the call from Xpressbees person that he cannot take the parcel as the product is used, and forcefully returned the same parcel to us. Now, the parcel is at my place and I am not able to contact Tata Cliq or Xpressbees in same regards
