Complain Detail:-> Respected Sir.,    In My SBI Phone Pay Account 15/03/2020 3000 rs Debited to Unknown Persone his Name is Laxmi Murmu His Contact Number is 6289871396 He told me to i am a delevery persone i will send on elink send back to me i will send sir automiticaly in my account 3000 rs debited sir please get back my 3000rs amount. thank u sir.

Sir I Sri Narayan Chandra Nayak Holder of SBI A/c 11083215883 of Nuabazar Branch Bhadrak , Odisha having iFSC Code SBIN 0012061. i do here by lodged the complaint my above noted account has been haked by a unknown person who identified himself as Rahul Kumar of Head office Mumbai Branch having mobile number 7063618208 that a some of rupees ten laks has been deducted from my account due to failure of lik on account holidays. SO i have to provide him OTP to get back my deducted amount. So i provided OTPS for the relevant transactions beliving him to be a genuine person of SBI. Where as he has withdrawn amounts from my account without my knowledge. Leter on i came ot know that he has withdrawan an amount of Rs one lakh ten thousand has been withdrawan by using clone ATM card through the original ATM Card kept in my house in Bhadrak. Plz enquired into the matter.
