Got different product from ordered

Complain Detail:-> Sir, i ordered four dress from marketplace of Facebook for a school function. Two persons chatted with her. I didn't get the dress which i ordered and i put cash on delivery. After payment the link was disappeared and we were unable to return it. Seller gave her whatsapp number as 9528816207. All the chat we have taken screenshot for sharing the chat with seller to all partcipants of dance for buying dress. So everyone accepted for 2400 and seller sai total 9700 including shipping. I said ok and ordered four dresses from Expressbee courier. After seeing the dress we asked Expressbee customer care to stop the payment client. They replied, they don't have client details. Just they are providing courier service and cut the phone. All the seller related Facebook account everything was deleted after the payment. The video is enclosed here with all the details available with us. Please look into the case and make our amount refund.
