Complain Detail:-> Subject: Complaint Regarding Phishing - Compromise of my Credit Card details through my Amazon Account Hello Sir This is to bring to your notice that I, K Krishnakumar (Age 63) has been a victim of Phishing. On November 30th, i noticed five suspicious transactions in the form of a message from Standard Chartered Bank (bank notification at the time of using the Credit Card). Out of the five transactions, I was able to block one transaction worth INR 5,000, but i lost INR 18,750 from the balance four transactions. The transaction was made to through my Amazon account (User ID: email@example.com) where i have saved the credit card details too. There has been serious breach of my credit card information/details through my Amazon account and secondly i haven't received the OTP to carry out these transaction. The transaction was done to buy Amazon Gift coupons. All the gift coupons were sent to an unknown email id - firstname.lastname@example.org. Since that moment i have been in touch with Amazon and Standard Chartered Bank. My credit card and Amazon account has been blocked for investigation since then.
