transfer of money for hotel booking
Complain Detail:-> Hello Madam/Sir I write to you as to request you to check Panache India International who tried to book a room with our home stay. The manager of the company called me on Saturday to make a booking with us and asked us to send the amount of 6100 INR to the companys account as a refundable amount for not having IGST. On Monday the 6th of January the money was transferred and i still have not recieved any response form the manager and his number has been switched off ever since. I tried to find online for the companys number but it was a fake number as the person who picked the call said that it is not a companys number but a personal number and he does not work for Panache. I have the companys bank details and GST number. I request you to check it and hope you solve this issue as so it does not happen to someone else.
