Fraud by the agent of Pnb Metlife

Complain Detail:-> It is brought to your kind notice that by misleading/inadvertently one policy bearing No. 21257439 has been issued to me against an amount of Rs. 20,000/- during 2014 and it has been told to me that only one premium @ Rs.20,000/-is to be paid by me and after 11 years 15,000/- during 12th Year 15,000/- 13th year 15,000/- 14th Year 15,000/- and during 15th Year 40,000/- will be paid to me by Pnb MetLife. Accordingly I have paid Rs. 20,000/- by Cheque. But when I have check the policy documents then I understood that I have lost Rs.20,000/- by misleading/fraud by Agents. When I have make a call on No. +91 82848 47272 which is mentioned against the name of Agent as per policy documents then he has disconnected my call and never discussed the matter with me. Moreover the name of Sh.Vinod Kalia has been mentioned as witness on the policy documents and his address is depicted as Vinod Kalia, Village Manjru, PO Kulhera, Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur (HP) which is also wrong as on this address such type of person is not available/living not any vinod nor Kalia and I am also belongs to this address. I do'nt know to above persons and never I have seen to them. The matter has also been discussed on Toll free helpline No. 1800 425 6969 then the representative advised me that I may make a complaint on PNB Metlife via email. I have made many emails to indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in but Pnb Metlife authority has not taken this matter seriously. They told me now on 15.1.2020 that against my deposited amount approx.Rs.1,16,000/- only Rs.65,000/-approximately will be paid to me after surrender of policy.
