ecommerce purchase fraud
Complain Detail:-> I have made a purchase worth Rs 42744/- from a website www.montblancinstrument.com. I ordered for 3 MontBlanc original writing instruments and a laptop bag. I have received 3 writing instruments with serious flaws and a bag which is not at all inline with my order: The products look old/used and scratched. The box/packaging is deformed and not in fresh/new condition. Pictures attached. One of the products is not the right model which was ordered. I ordered a laptop bag. Product code MB 1795. I was shocked to see that I received a product which is not at all in anyway comparable with the product I had ordered. In fact the product is a Gucci bag where as I had ordered a Mont Blanc bag. I tried reaching the website's office several times. The responsiveness was great till I received the order. The moment I received the order the website seems to be ignoring me. My calls are not being taken. Now my number is blocked. I feel cheated. I need my refund to be processed. But I'm not getting any response. Kindly support by suggesting next steps forward. Also please take action by blocking the website if you can. Please assist in getting my refund processed. I have attached images of proof of payment and proof of email acknowledgements from said website, etc. Please let m know if you need any further information.
