Complain Detail:-> I made a cab booking from Goibibo on 24th Feb, there policy is that they will send me the information about the cab and the cab driver 2hr before the pickup time when I reached Delhi airport I got the information about the cab and the driver i called him he answered that this was wrong number and hung up. Then again i called him again and explained him that he was supposed to be my Goibibo cab driver he said he didn't even live in Delhi. I tried contacting the Goibibo customer support everytime i tried to reach any Goibibo executive it was redirected me to an chatbot to resolve my queries which was useless. I called them more than 15 time and mailed them and i got only automated response. I paid ?705 for the service which i didn't even received the whole thing was a scam.
