Hello Dear Team, This is with regards to an online transaction I made on 31-Jan-2019. I tried to pay for a two wheeler insurance policy on Policy Bazaar.com The transaction failed, but the money was debited from my HDFC account. I chatted with an executive from policy bazaar and was told that the transaction has failed from my banks side and the money will be credited back to my account in a few days.   I then approached HDFC via email and raised a formal complaint. This was on 1st-Feb. First I got a response asking me for screen shots of the payment and transaction. I sent them all the details via email.  Again I wrote to them a few days back, they asked me for the same details. I resent the details. Today I get another email asking me to send the same details again.  I feel they are just dodging me till the time I get fed up and forget the issue. I have attached all the proff of this transaction. Kindly look into this matter. Regards, Srinath Reddy 9989694512
