Bank Fraud by Fraudulently obtaining OTP, CVV and withdrawing Rs 19998/- at POS (POS-WWW MI COM) on 19/01/19
Complain Detail:-> Dear Sir, With reference to my complaint filed on 19/01/2019 and your query through e mail dated 21/01/2019, I am furnishing following infomation as sought - 1) Mobile no. from which the call was made by the fraudster- 917001851258 on 19/01/19 at 11.10-11.15 AM.talked about 1min. 13 sec. 2) Payment details with bank account with IFSC code- Rs. 19998/- was withdrawn from my SB Bank account no. 012310100002428 of Bank Of India, Nerul Branch, IFSC code: BKID0000123. 3) Any verbal communication with contact no. - The call was made from the number 917001852258 to my cell no. 9819963343 and Sms was received from BOI with OTP and subsequently about debit of Rs 19998/ made from my above noted account. 4) Any other important information : Soon after debit was made, the fraudster still on call asked for another OTP received from bank on the plea that reversal of amount will be made thereafter which I refused and told him that he has committed a fraud. A complaint was made at the BOI, Nerul branch immediately. Later a reference no. was received through Sms. The ref. no. 190119DATA8387. I, then approached the Nerul P.S. to lodge a police complaint, was told to file it at cyber crime cell. I am a retired senior citizen not able to run here and there, have e-filed my complaint with cybercomplaint cell for investigation and needful.
