Complain Detail:-> Dear Sir, This is to bring in your kind notice that i have been getting continuous abusive chat messages on whats app from mobile number: 7409447977. This guy has all the personal information of my family and he used to threaten us with this. After vaarious investigation i have observed that he is using others name to some other and abuse on message just to create quores among each other.
