Regarding an order placed on a website which was later known to be fraud

Complain Detail:-> Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I P. Joshua Issac Emmi residing in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh has placed an order for a bike helmet from a website www.prohelmetsale.com which charged me a sum of ₹12,000 for the helmet. I have used my parent’s credit card for it and haven’t heard from the seller since then. When I contacted the credit card company I was told the money was already claimed by the seller. They aren’t replying to my mails and no contact number or tracking number were given. I just have a mail saying that my order has been confirmed. Please look into this and help me if possible.
