Complain Detail:-> I PARMINDER , PURCHASE A HEALTH INSURANCE THE COMPANY NAME IS BHARAT HEALTH CARE ON DATED 12.05.2017. I HAD MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR RS.11990.00 THROUGH THE STATE BANK OF INDIA CREDIT CARD. THEY BHARAT HEALTH CARE EXCETIVE IS PROMISE ME THEY PROVIDE ME POLICY DOCUMENT WITH IN 7 WORKING DAYS. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS IN 20 DAYS. I HAVE TRY MANY PHONE, BUT THEY GIVE NOT ANY RESPONSE. THEY ARE NOT PICKUP THE PHONE. BUT FINALLY ON DATED 31.05.2017, THEY WRITE A MAIL OUR POLICY IS CANCEL. THEY PROMISE ME OUR PAYMENT IS TRANSFER IN OUR ACCOUNT AS SOON POSSIBLE. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT.
