Complaint again a health insurance company

Complain Detail:-> Dear Sir, I got a call from Sahara Healthcare regarding health insurances, they offer very attractive health benefits what a common man required for his & his families’ day to day life, they told they cover IPD, OPD, dental & eyes. They provide all details through their official mail, I’ve attached complete email communication along with this email. And during the discussion I was told that their company is IRDA approved and they shared following link to find their network hospital which belong to Alankit TPA and told me that they tie up with this TPA. When I crossed verify with the hospitals for our locality which are listed with Alankit TPA they confirmed me they are in-network with Alankit then I made the payment of Rs 13,999/- and purchase the Titanium plan. The payment confirmation is enclosed with this email. They also told me that they have a better payment plans with SBI to convert the payment amount in EMI with no processing fee & zero interest rate for 3, 6, 9 & 12 months. After making payment you will get a call from the BANK and provide them the transaction ID then they will convert it to EMI. So I made payment through my SBI credit card. After two three days I did not get any calls from the SBI, so I called SBI told everything they told me they are only tied up with Royal Sundaram not any other health plans. Then i realized that I might got trapped. So I started verifying more information about this company and detailed are enclosed. Following is their web portal link. // email ID: 1- In contact details of their website they provided a toll free number 1800658002 which is not working. 2- The given address is DELHI-OFFICE 418 FORTH FLOOR, MADHUBAN BUILDING, ALAKNANDA MARKET, NEHRU PLACE, NEW DELHI, INDIA(110059) – When we verified this address we found there is no office found with the name of Sahara Healthcare in Madhuban Building and 4th Floor has up to unit 408 only there is no unit of 418. 3- When I called to Alankit TPA to their toll free number 1800-11-3300 they told they do not have any information about Sahara Health in their record. 4- In FAQ of their website, the last line shows they are not approved by IRDA while I was committed that they are IRDA approved. 5- When I tried to reach the guys who sold me this plan, both the number shown this number is not in service those numbers are 8285322425 & 8285352009. 6- When I called their Emergency contact number 7053141057 and told that the information you provided me are not verified they told no we have tied up with Alankit and we will talk to them and update you on this but I did not get anything concrete from them. 7- When I checked the claim processing tab of their website there they have given 4 phone numbers in Procedure for Reimbursement of Claim section 1800-103-5499 (Intimate Sahara Healthcare through the toll number) which belongs to IFFCO-TOKIO 1800-543-5499 (Claim documents may also be submitted to local Sahara Healthcare Office address which can be obtained by calling our Toll Number) -which is not a valid number 1800658002, 91-7053142057 (If you need a guidance on the claims process, you could also contact us through our Toll Numbers) – First one is not a valid number & 2nd one is their emergency number what I’ve mentioned above. 8- Apart from this when I checked the web site details in I found this domain was registered on 25-03-2017 and the owner of this domain is Kulwant Singh (B1/2 Janakpui East, Metro Pillar no 543, Delhi, 110058, PH# 9654442182, email ID, the detail is attached with this email. 9- When I checked Kulwant Singh’s profile in Facebook, I found he created his profile with the name of Sign Saheb ( and he is/was working as Team Leader at Indian Health Organization (IHO) which belongs to Aetna International group. Photo and other details are enclosed with this email. 10- After that I’ve called them multiple times asking them to refund my payment they just told their server is down & all then disconnect my call again and gain When I made the payment and they asked me for reference of two friends, I gave them two reference numbers of my colleagues and they called them as well and they were going to make the payment, luckily i shared these things with my colleagues and they did not buy this plan. When our office staffs received call from different numbers (7210833710 /8285340545) from Sahara Health executives & told them that they do not have either credit card or online access and asking them to send someone to collect the cheques and they did not come. It seems like a group of boys and girls who have prior-experience in the same domain are planning trap people. I took that health insurance on 22/04/2017 but did not get any insurance card yet which should be received within 10 days.
