Payment deducted without receipt of services

Complain Detail:-> Hi, I placed an order on e- commerce site printvilla.in for placing an order related to mobile covers. The payment got deducted from my account on 24April 2018 and i was rest assured of delivery within maximum of five days. No message or email was received by me confirming my order and i have not received the products yet. I have tried to contact them over more than ten times over their support e mail but i have got no response from my side. I am completely clueless regarding the order status and whether I will ever receive it or not. I even tried to track the site on social media platforms and contact them but got no response. So I want a legal resolution to my problem regarding the fraudster website i.e. printvilla.in.
